Loitering Detection ships as a ready-made rule and is configured for your site. The rule measures how long a person or object stays in a defined area. When the dwell threshold is exceeded an event is produced — used for queues, idle waiting or occupation scenarios. Dwell tracking is anonymous and runs on Edge.
