Main features of the service

• A free trial of the ALGI camera analytics software service; it opens with the packages you choose (Fire and Smoke, OHS, People Counting, Plate Reading, NVR Recording).
• Depending on your choice, analysis runs on ALGI servers, in the Windows app on your own computer or on an Algi Edge device.
• The trial starts with a limited number of cameras and a single device; its length and scope are stated in the dashboard and in the email sent to you.
• With a monthly subscription, the ALGI camera analytics software service is provided in monthly periods with the features of the package you choose in the edge.algi.ai dashboard, for the number of cameras you choose. The video retention scope of the package (count results only with no video kept, or analysed video kept for a set period) is stated in the package description.

Price and payment

The trial is free. To verify your card, 1 TL (taxes included) is charged and refunded automatically; how long the refund takes to appear depends on your bank. Payment is made on Türkiye İş Bankası's secure payment page; ALGI does not see your card details. No automatic payment is taken when the trial ends; paid use requires buying a licence separately.

Monthly subscription: price and payment

• A subscription is started on the Subscription page of the edge.algi.ai dashboard. The features and monthly price per camera of each package are shown on that page; the monthly fee is the package price multiplied by the number of cameras you choose. You can choose the number of cameras again with each monthly payment.
• Package prices are shown excluding VAT. The payment screen shows the 20% VAT and the total including VAT separately; payment is taken in Turkish lira as a single charge.
• The payment day is the day the first payment is approved. The subscription renews on the same day each month; if a month has no such day, its last day is the payment day.
• No automatic charge is taken from your card and ALGI does not store your card details. Each month's payment is made from the Subscription page in the dashboard, on Türkiye İş Bankası's secure payment page. A reminder is sent to your registered billing email 3 days before the payment day, on the payment day and on the last day of the grace period.
• Payment can be made from 7 days before the payment day; paying early does not change your payment day.
• If no payment is made on the payment day, a 3-day grace period applies and the service continues during it. If payment has not been received when the grace period ends, your licence is suspended; your cameras, settings and recordings are not deleted. When you pay, the service reopens straight away and that day becomes your new payment day. No fee is charged for the suspended period.
• If a package price changes, the new price applies from the first payment after the change; the change is announced by email before the payment day and shown on the payment screen. A change of package takes effect with the next payment after the change.
• Invoices are issued with the billing details you save in the dashboard.

Performance

Once your card is verified, your trial account opens electronically straight away and a verification link is sent to your email address. For a subscription, the package you choose opens electronically straight away once the bank approves the payment.

Right of withdrawal

If you qualify as a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. However, under Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form once performance has started with your approval. As the trial is free and the verification amount is refunded, you may close your account at any time by writing to algi@algi.ai. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription page in the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for and no fee is charged for the next period. Complaints

You can write to algi@algi.ai with any request. If you qualify as a consumer you may apply to the consumer arbitration committee within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to the consumer court for disputes above those limits.
