Parties

- Buyer: the person who enters their details in the trial wizard and the organisation they represent.
Subject
The rights and duties of the parties regarding the free trial of the ALGI camera analytics software service and the card verification made for it. The features of the service are set out in the Preliminary Information Form.
Price, payment and refund
The trial is free. The 1 TL (taxes included) charged for card verification is refunded automatically; how long the refund takes to appear depends on the buyer's bank. Payment is made on PayTR's secure payment page; the seller neither sees nor stores card details. No automatic payment is taken when the trial ends.
Performance and term
Once the card is verified, the trial account opens electronically straight away. The length and scope of the trial are stated in the dashboard and in the email sent to the buyer. When the period ends the account is limited unless a paid licence is bought.
Buyer's obligations
- To give accurate and up-to-date information.
- To comply with the Terms of Use; to connect only cameras the buyer is authorised to use and to process camera footage lawfully.
- Not to share account details or sign-in links with third parties.
Seller's obligations
- To provide the service in line with the preliminary information.
- To refund the amount charged for card verification.
- To process personal data in line with the KVKK Information Notice.
Right of withdrawal
The provisions on withdrawal are set out in the Preliminary Information Form. The buyer may close the account at any time.
Dispute resolution
Buyers who qualify as consumers may apply to the consumer arbitration committee within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to the consumer court for disputes above those limits. For other disputes the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul Anatolia have jurisdiction.
