Data We Process

Our site uses cookieless analytics software (Umami) hosted on our own servers: no identifier is written to your device, your IP address is not recorded and no data that could identify you is stored. You can turn this measurement off at any time from the measurement preferences link at the bottom of the page. When you contact us by email, the name, email address and message content you share are processed solely to respond to your request.

If you start the live support chat on the site, the messages you write and the email address you optionally provide are processed solely to answer your support request. So that we can deliver our reply and keep the context of the conversation, messages are stored on our servers for 30 days and deleted automatically afterwards. To match the conversation to you, only a random conversation number is written to your browser; it is created after you send your first message and contains no identity data. Chat records are not shared with third parties. Please do not share sensitive personal data (identity numbers, health information, card details) over the support channel.
