What it needs and how it works
Hi-Vis Vest Check ships as a ready-made rule and is configured for your site. The rule evaluates each person and their protective equipment separately in every frame from your field cameras. Presence of hard hats, vests or masks is checked per person, and the rule can be narrowed to defined work areas and shifts. Processing runs in real time either on an Algi Edge device installed on site or on ALGI AI servers; with an on-site Edge device, live video stays on your premises.

How false alarms are reduced
Similar-coloured clothing, partial views and low light are the most common false positives. These are reduced with zone masking, confidence thresholds and site-specific calibration; operator-verified samples sharpen the rule over time.
