Terms of Use

Account

• You open the account on behalf of an organisation and with authority to represent it; the information you give must be accurate and up to date.
• You do not share your password or the sign-in links sent to you. If you notice unauthorised use of your account you notify algi@algi.ai without delay.

Free trial

• The trial is offered once per organisation and starts with a limited number of cameras and a single device. Its length and scope are stated in the dashboard and in the email sent to you.
• To verify your card, 1 TL is charged and refunded automatically. No automatic payment is taken from your card when the trial ends; paid use requires buying a licence separately.
• Trial accounts whose email is not verified are closed after 7 days.
• ALGI may suspend or end a trial where misuse is suspected.

Acceptable use

• You connect only cameras you are authorised to use.
• As the owner of the camera you are responsible for processing its footage lawfully (information obligations, required permissions, informing employees).
• The service may not be used for face recognition, biometric identification, covert monitoring of people, covert surveillance of employees or profiling the behaviour of individuals.
• Unauthorised access, circumventing security measures, reverse engineering, scanning networks or systems that belong to others and overloading the service are prohibited.
• If these rules are breached ALGI may suspend or close the account.

Intellectual property

The software, AI models, interfaces and the ALGI brand belong to ALGI. The User receives a limited, non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use the service for the duration of these terms. Footage from your cameras and the records you create belong to you.

Personal data

Processing of account data is explained in the KVKK Information Notice. For camera footage ALGI acts as data processor; in business use this relationship is governed by the Data Processing Agreement.

Provision of the service and liability

• The trial is provided as is; it is not promised to be uninterrupted or error-free. In paid agreements the service level is set by that agreement.
• Detections and alerts are an aid; they do not replace your obligations on occupational health and safety, fire safety or any other legal duty.
• ALGI is not responsible for problems caused by the User's own equipment, network or camera access. Cases where liability cannot be limited by law are reserved.

Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. ALGI may suspend an account for breach of these terms or unlawful use, with prior notice or, where delay would be harmful, immediately.

Changes

ALGI may update these terms. Material changes are notified by email or in the dashboard; the current text is published on this page.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul Anatolia have jurisdiction over disputes. The rights of users who qualify as consumers to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts are reserved.
